I don't work strictly with set "programs", we can decide collaboratively what will work best for you. The following are offered to help you think about what kind of experience you think you would benefit most from.
Coaching Program I: The Immersion
For first-time clients or people who are motivated to devote significant time and attention to getting desired results more quickly. This option offers more frequent sessions and therefore more concentrated support. If you have a specific focus or project in mind and would like to devote intensive but time limited attention (i.e. 2-4 months) to it, this option could be best. For local clients it may include face to face sessions if preferred, or if guidance is sought with physical/experiential practices such as yoga, movement or meditation.
This Program Includes four 50 minutes sessions per month.
Coaching Program II: The Exploration
This program combines the focus of coaching with more self directed activity. First-time clients, find this option helpful if they have an interest in enhancing independent efforts through consistent coaching support.
This program includes three 50 minute sessions per month.
Coaching Program III: The Journey
Created for clients with a solid foundation in their chosen life practices who have received coaching previously or who have worked with me previously for a period of time. This option allows increased time between sessions for taking action on your plans and more self directed efforts around using support and resources.
The program includes two 50 minute sessions per month.
All programs include:
- Email coaching between sessions
- Availability for five-to-ten minute check-in calls between sessions for trouble-shooting or sharing an accomplishment
- Extra resource recommendations for continued learning from articles to books to communities, websites and more!
- Consultation and referral to other sources of support when useful
- If you are in the Denver Metro area, you also have the option to devote sessions to experiential/physical wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, food shopping or a variety of movement activities.
